About the Shaikh
Shaikh Al Shawarma was born in a small mountain village in Lebanon, where a young boy learned early that great shawarma isn’t just a recipe it’s discipline, patience, and care in every detail.
Driven to master his craft, he left home during uncertain times and traveled to Japan, where he was introduced to a different way of thinking one built on precision, respect, humility, and continuous improvement.
He returned to his family cafe with a new mindset. The recipe stayed the same, but everything around it evolved process, consistency, and the way people were served. What was once a humble village spot became a destination, known not just for its taste, but for its standard.
Today, Shaikh Al Shawarma carries that legacy forward blending Lebanese soul with Japanese discipline to deliver shawarma made with intention, consistency, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
